Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency signal amplifier circuit which reduces a reception band noise level at transmission, while maintaining amplification performance of a high frequency transmission signal.SOLUTION: The high frequency signal amplifier circuit, which is used for a front-end circuit 1 which propagates a high frequency transmission signal and a high frequency reception signal, includes: an amplification transistor 17 which amplifies the high frequency transmission signal; a bias circuit 13 which supplies a bias to the signal input end of the amplification transistor 17; and a ferrite bead 14, having one end connected to the bias output end of the bias circuit 13 and the other end connected to the signal input end of the amplification transistor 17, which has a characteristic of higher impedance in a difference frequency band between the high frequency transmission signal and the high frequency reception signal than DC impedance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
