Abstract:
To easily configure a dielectric lens antenna of a plate shape made of a single dielectric material at a low cost.
The dielectric lens antenna is configured with a dielectric member 1 consisting of a high frequency substrate made of a single dielectric material of circularly parallel plates. Many though-holes 2 are formed on the dielectric member 1 in parallel with the normal direction 3 of the parallel plates, that is, a direction of a normal (axial direction) of incident and radiation faces of an electromagnetic wave. The distribution of the though-holes 2 on the incident and radiation faces is configured so that the spatial density gets higher according to the center of the dielectric member 1.
