Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch circuit and apparatus which can be applied to a time division multiplexing (Time-Division Multiplexing: TDM) communication system.SOLUTION: A high frequency switch circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a high frequency switch including a first band switch circuit connected between a first signal port and a common port and configured to switch a first band signal; and a coupler including first coupling wiring which is disposed adjacent to signal wiring formed between the common port of the high frequency switch and an antenna port and which is configured to form a first coupling signal with the signal wiring. A resonant frequency of the first coupling wiring is determined based on an inductance of the first coupling wiring and a capacitance of the high frequency switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
