Abstract:

To provide a high frequency switch mainly used for an RF circuit of a mobile phone and particularly proper to a composite tendency.

The high frequency switch particularly employing FET switches 3, 6 is configured to locate a strip line 5, whose electric length is equivalent to a 1/4 wavelength of a high frequency signal received from a transmission port 2, between an input output port 1 and the second FET switch 6 whose one end is connected between the input output port 1 and a reception port 4 and whose other end is connected to ground.
