Title:
HIGH FREQUENCY SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1064397
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a small-sized high frequency switch with high productivity by extending a positioning tongue piece pressure welded onto the circumferential surface angle part of a movable iron piece to rotatably support it from one end part of a shield material stood on a base.

In assembling, when a fixed contact block and an electromagnet block 30 are assembled to a base 10, and a movable iron piece 40 is assembled from above, a positioning tongue piece 29b is pressure welded to the circumferential surface angle part of the iron piece 40 to rotatably support it. When the guide claw part 50a of a movable block 50 is pressure welded between the support pieces 28, 29 of a shield plate 24, and engaged with a pressed-in engaging hole 24a, the shaft part 3 of the block 50 is also fitted to the shaft holes 28a, 29a of the support pieces 28, 29 to rotatably support the block 50. When the tip part of a return spring 56 is then engagingly locked by the locking claw of the plate 24, the block 50 is energized on the block 30 side. Therefore, a conventional hinge spring is dispensed with, and the number of assembling processes is reduced.
