PURPOSE: To reduce the number of safety switches and make it possible to operate the safety switches with certainty, by regulating the detaching order of a body of a thawing apparatus, and using a safety switch for cutting off a power source circuit with a body to be removed at the first time.
CONSTITUTION: The respective ends 26 of both side bodies 21 are fixed on the outer box 19 with screws 25, etc, and the top of a front body 24 is mounted to cover the top of a screwed part and fixed with screws, etc. The both side bodies 21 cannot be removed without removing the front body 24, and a rear body 23 is provided with protruding pieces 31 to engage with holes 27, etc. provided at the rear of both side bodies 21 and fixed with screws, etc. The side bodies 21 are of a structure which cannot be completely removed without removing the front and rear bodies 24 and 23. In mounting the front and rear bodies 24 and 23 to be removed earlier, a button 29 of a safety switch 28 is pushed to close the power source circuit.
