Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize thermal measurement for a portion to be welded thereby eliminating unevenness in weldment.SOLUTION: A high frequency welding device (1) for welding metallic components to each other by electric conduction of high-frequency current comprises: a current-carrying part (2) which electrically conducts high frequency-current to a metallic component (11); a temperature sensor (3) which measure a temperature of the metallic component electrically conducted by the current-carrying part; and a control part (7) which adjusts an electric current electrically conducted by the current-carrying part so that a temperature measured by the temperature sensor falls in a prescribed range. The temperature sensor measures a temperature at a position separated from a weld zone (12) between the metallic components by a prescribed distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
