Abstract:
To convey a film with high precision.
A number of protrusion parts 13 are formed on the surface 12 of a high rigidity roller 11, and a paper sheet S is conveyed with the paper sheet S nipped between a drive roller 10, on the surface of which a coat layer 15 having a high friction factor is formed, and a conveyance roller 20 on the surface of which a coat layer 23 of a low friction material is formed. The tip of the protrusion is pointed, the height thereof is 20-70 μm, and distribution density is 20 l 80%. Surface hardening treatment is applied on the surface of a high rigidity roller on which the protrusion parts are formed.
