Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a high molten tensile force polypropylene composition low in gel content.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a polypropylene composition having high molten tensile force including (a) to (c). There is provided a method for measuring molten tensile force F30 and molten stretchability v30 by ISO16790:2005. (a)Generating branched polypropylene (b-PP) having molten tensile force F30 of larger than 5.5 cN and molten stretchability v30 of larger than 200 mm/s by reacting polypropylene (PP) with a pyrolytic free radical formation agent and a difunctional unsaturated monomer. (b)Adding to the b-PP of 95 to 99 pts.wt. an additive mixture (AM) containing linear polypropylene (l-PP) of 1 to 5 pts.wt. having melt flow rate MFR(230°C) of 1 to 18 g/10 min. and one or more kind of additive (A) selected from an antioxidant, an ultraviolet stabilizer, an antistatic agent or the like. (c) Forming a film by extruding the polypropylene composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
