To provide a foundation building material constituted by giving a top coat process of an inorganic material to the surface of an object integrally laminating a heat resisting net member on a heat insulating plate member consisting of a high heat insulating and combustion resisting material and to provide thereby fittings such as a sliding door having light and high fire resistance, a hinged door, a Fusuma and a Shoji, etc. or various kinds of partitions, a ceiling inner wall or an inside wall, etc.
The high heat insulating and combustion resisting foundation building material is so constituted that a net layer 3 of a net plate member 2 is integrally laminated to the heat insulating plate member 1 consisting of the high heat insulating and the combustion resisting material on at least one broad plane through a base coat process layer 4 and that a top coat layer 5 of the inorganic material is put on the net layer.
