Abstract:
To provide a high heat-resistant and high slidable film which is excellent in heat resistance, slidability, abrasion resistance and solvent resistance, can prevent damage of a film, and is inexpensive, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A high heat-resistant and high slidable film 2 is obtained by extrusion-molding a molding material 1 obtained by adding 1 pts.mass or more and 30 pts.mass or less of a fluorine resin to 100 pts.mass of a crystalline thermoplastic polyimide resin, and cooling the material, in which heat resistance [first inflection point temperature of storage elastic modulus (E')] of the high heat-resistant and high slidable film 2 is 160°C or higher and tensile elastic modulus at 160°C is set at 700 N/mmor more, as for slidability of the high heat-resistant and high slidable film 2, a static friction coefficient and a dynamic friction coefficient are 1.0 or less, and a thickness of the high heat-resistant and high slidable film 2 is in a range of 2 μm or more and 1000 μm or less. The high heat-resistant and high slidable film 2 is manufactured by a crystalline thermoplastic polyimide resin having a very high glass transition point and a fluorine resin-containing molding material 1, and accordingly excellent heat resistance is inexpensively obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
