Title:
HIGH HUMIDITY ICE TEMPERATURE REFRIGERATING/STORING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3165567
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To keep the inside of a refrigerating/storing apparatus at specified temperature and humidity and hereby reduce a forced convection flow by supplying fine pieces of ice between inner and outer walls of a storing apparatus, cooling air sucked in through a circulation hole in a ceiling of a partition wall in the apparatus (with the pieces of ice) using a fan, blowing off the cold air through a circulation hole formed in a floor of the partition wall in the apparatus, and humidifying the inside of the apparatus utilizing defrozen ice.
CONSTITUTION: Fine pieces of ice 5 are fed to a duct 3 and are further fed from a communication tube 3a to between an outer wall 1 of a storing apparatus and an inner wall 1a of the same to fill therewith between those walls 1 and 1a. Air is sucked in from a circulation hole 16 in a ceiling 1c of a partition wall 1b using a fan 4, and is cooled by the fine pieces of ice 5 upon its passing through between the partition wall 1b and the inner wall 1a. Resulting cold air fed at a low speed from the circulation hole 16 in a floor 1d of the partition wall 1b to cool articles to be stored. Thereupon, the inside of the storing apparatus is humidified with melted ice and is kept at high humidity of about 100% at the temperature of 0°C.
