Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve a fixing of an interior box body accurately on an inner box by inserting the interior box body smoothly into the inner box along an insertion guide attached to the undersurface of the inner box while a setting plate attached to the interior box body is fitted into a recess part formed in the insertion guide.
CONSTITUTION: Chilled air cooled with an evaporator 12 is discharged with a fan 14 for the evaporator and circulated to the evaporator 12 through an air layer 15 between an inner box 4 and an interior box body 16. As a result, the inside of a refrigerator is cooled indirectly through the cooled interior box body 16. During the assembling work, with the interior box body 16 being inserted securely into the inner box 4, the interior box body 16 is pushed deep into the inner box 4 after placed on the undersurface of the inner box 4 at an opening 4a. At this point, a joint part between the undersurface and rear of the interior box body 16 is pushed until abutting a fixed plate 17 along an insertion guide 18. Thereafter, a setting plate 19 is fitted into a recess part 18a of the insertion guide 18 to fix the interior box body 16 in the inner box 4.
