Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength hot-forged non-heat-treated steel component.SOLUTION: A high-strength hot-forged non-heat-treated steel component contains, as its chemical components, in unit mass%, C: 0.50-0.65%, Si: 0.60-1.20%, Mn: 0.60-1.00%, P: 0.040-0.060%, S: 0.060-0.100%, Cr: 0.05-0.20%, V: 0.25-0.40%, and N: 0.0020-0.0080%, and further contains one or more selected from the group consisting of Sb: 0.0001-0.0050%, Sn: 0.0001-0.0050%, Te: 0.0001-0.0050% and Pb: 0.0001-0.0050%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the steel structure is ferrite-perlite, and the ferrite structure of them has an area ratio of 20 area% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
