Abstract:
To provide a human basic fibroblast growth factor having an amino acid sequence Ala-Gly-Ser- at an N terminus which substantially includes no species of a human basic fibroblast growth factor which has a different N-terminus amino acid array.
The subject is attained as follows. The human basic fibroblast growth factor having an amino acid sequence Ala-Gly-Ser- at an N terminus which substantially includes no species of a human basic fibroblast growth factor which has a different N-terminus amino acid array and the composition thereof are provided.
