Abstract:

PURPOSE: To bring the safety factor approximate 1 with respect to an uneven load by bearing a hard load receiving flat plate with a plurality of suspended distortion receiving elements of the same shape fixed on a horizontal base so that the load receiving plane is always supported horizontally on the base at a central symmetry point with the center beam thereof.

CONSTITUTION: Four suspended beams 100W103 are placed at four corners of a rectangular hard load receiving flat plate 20 having a suspended beam fixed with a screw 18 on a horizontal base 22 and center beams 100CW103C are made horizontal in the height so as to support the flat plate 20 horizontally with the screw 18 securely. As the center beams of the suspended distortion receiving elements at support points are displaced always being kept horizontal, the flat plate 20 will not be inclined and is also kept horizontal irrelevant to the position of the load on the load receiving flat plate. The support point elements are so arranged to share the load W evenly at the rate of W/n depending on the number (n) thereof. This permits a small-capacity smaller element thereby making the final plane type load cell consolidated and inexpensive.
