Abstract:

To provide a lubrication-treated steel sheet for plastic working, capable of preventing seizing/die-galling in a multistage pressing under high contact pressure without a reactive soap treatment that takes a long time.

Island-like zinc phosphate crystals and a lubrication film that covers the crystals are formed on the surface of a steel sheet. The lubrication film comprises a binder and a lubrication component, and ≥50 mass% of the binder is an inorganic binder. The adhesion amount of the island-like zinc phosphate crystals is ≥1.5 g/m2 and ≤6.0 g/m2, and the adhesion amount of the lubrication film is ≥2.0 g/m2 and 6.0 g/m2. The cross-sectional thickness of a mix layer that corresponds to a part where the gap between the island-like Zn phosphate crystals is filled with the lubrication film is ≥0.3 μm.
