Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a coating-type chromating soln. contg. water-dispersible org. resin excellent in stability when the soln. is applied, dispersibility of polymer resin powder and pigment and blackening resistance in pressworking.
CONSTITUTION: The chromating soln. contg. 1-20g/l of total chromium (Cr3++Cr6+), 20-500g/l of water-dispersible urethane resin, 2-10mass% of nonionic emulsifier in which the ratio of the hydrophilic to oleophilic materials is controlled to ≥12, 0.05-3.0mass% of silicone-modified polyether antifoaming agent, 2-25mass% of polymer resin powder having ≥100°C or further 3.0-20.0mass% of pigment having ≤1.0μm average grain diameter is obtained.
