Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent anticancer effect by forming a high-molecular platinum complex compd. represented by a specific formula and using it as an anticancer drug.
SOLUTION: A high-molecular platinum complex compd. having an anticancer activity and represented by formula II (wherein S is hydroxyl, methoxy, methylamino, etc.; A is ammonia, a 1-3C alkylamine, etc.; X is 1 or 2; M is an Na ion, a Ba ion, etc.; and n is 10-100) is obtd. by mixing a soln. of polydichlorophosphazene in a polar solvent with an aminodicarboxylic acid deriv. (e.g. benzl aspartate) and a dehydrochlorinating agent, dissolving the resultant polyphosphazene in a polar solvent, adding an alkali (e.g. KOH) or an alkaline earth [e.g. Ba(OH)] to the resultant soln. to form an alkali metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt represented by formula I-(II) or I-(III), and reacting the formed salt with an acidic diamine-platinum salt represented by formula I-(IV) in a molar ratio (1:0.2)-(1:1) in an aq. soln.
