Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high-permeability oxide magnetic material having a high initial permeability, low relative loss coefficient and low hysteresis loss coefficient.
CONSTITUTION: The high permeability oxide magnetic material contains the main component comprising 20-30mol% MnO, 20-25mol% ZnO and remaining part of Fe2O3 whereto Bi2O3 0.015-0.025wt.% Bi2O3 and 0.015-0.020wt.% P2O5 are added to adjust the grain size distribution of primary particles to not exceeding 5.0μm in the accumulated 90% particle diameter (volume standard).
