To provide a lightweight and rigid material at a low cost by preparing a composition consisting of a specific polymer resin matrix of one kind or more of a high polymer foam and a filler, using a foaming agent selected from a pyrogenic foaming agent, an endothermic foaming agent and their mixture.
A composition consisting of (i) one polymer resin matrix or more selected from the group consisting of an acryonitrile-butadiene-styrene high polymer, a polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyphenyleneoxide and a polyvinyl chloride high polymer and (ii) a filler, is prepared using a foaming agent selected from the group consisting of a pyrogenic foaming agent, an endothermic foaming agent and their mixture. The high polymer may be a recycled high polymer. The filler is preferably composed of one kind or more selected from calcium carbonate, talc, silica, glass fiber, alumina and wollastonite. Thus it is possible to obtain a laminated product comprising a support 1, a laminated decorative layer 2 and a back face layer 3.
