PURPOSE: To provide a high polymer pyroelectric element used even in a dynamic system, in which energy is carried continuously, by covering a polycyanoallylether element with copper or bivalent copper sulfide and realizing a pyroelectric effect on the surface thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A surface of a polycyanoallylether molecular element, as indicated in a formula, is coated with copper or bivalent copper sulfide. A polycyanoallylether molecular chain is bent in a complex surface area made of polycyanoallylether chain combined with copper or bivalent copper. Then, special characteristics of pyroelectric effect with continuous response and reversibility of energy conversion is realized. As a result a high polymer pyroelectric element can be used in a dynamic system, in which energy is carried continuously.
