PURPOSE: To improve a constant value of a thermistor by forming a coagulated body coagulated by sticking particles composed of fine powder of a zinc oxide to the periphery of a mother particle using zinc iodide as powder, and covering a coagulated body surface by blending a resin coating film coagulated body and polyamide.
CONSTITUTION: For example, nylon 12 having small hygroscopicity or the like is selected as polyamide, and zinc iodide is used as a conductivity applying agent. Child particles 2 composed of zinc oxide powder are stuck in a plurality to the periphery of a mother particle 1 of zinc iodide powder by a static electricity method or the like, and a coagulated body 3 coagulated by covering the mother particle 1 is obtained. This coagulated body 3 is covered with an aqueous solution of a cross-linking high polymer of a coating film component, and is also thrown into an aqueous solution of a cross-linking agent, and a resin coating film coagulated body 5a having water insoluble covering is obtained. Polyamide powder 6 is mixed in the coagulated body 5a by a Henschel mixer or the like so as to become uniform, and these are melted and mixed by a biaxial extruder, and after injection molding, a polyamide composition is obtained.
