Abstract:
PURPOSE: To present the high pressure casting device which can perform many pieces layout by eliminating the difference of the pressure applying to four cavities, at least, in the die.
CONSTITUTION: Plural sleeves to pressurize the molten metal are set, and each sleeve pressurizes the molten metal in a pair of cavities in the die, so the respective distances of the gate are made equal mutually.
