Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply effective explosion-proof treatment to a part of a high voltage power supply device becoming an ignition source.SOLUTION: A grounding switch 223, low voltage terminals Ta and Tb, and insulation oil are the parts becoming an ignition source, and an oil tank 221, a protection duct 222, a low voltage terminal box 224, and a ventilation internal pressure box 227 are a sealed box for sealing the parts becoming an ignition source. In order to prevent intrusion of flammable gas into the sealed box, a first inert gas enclosure 301 encloses inert gas GN in the oil tank 221, and an inert gas supply section 302 encloses inert gas GN in the protection duct 222. A blower 303 encloses air A, containing inert gas GN, in the ventilation internal pressure box 227. A coupling 225 prevents a gap from occurring in the power supply cable lead-in port of the low voltage terminal box 224. The low voltage terminals Ta and Tb are placed while spaced apart by a predetermined distance for keeping insulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
