Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid that a stress concentration occurs at an internal face corner of a seal attachment groove, to suppress that a box body is damaged, to make a sealed component not ride on a chamfered part in the seal attachment groove, and to suppress that tension to a shaft is increased, and a wear amount of the sealed component is increased, in a seal structure having the seal attachment groove for attaching a rod seal being a high-pressure gas seal for sealing a high-pressure gas.SOLUTION: In a high-pressure gas seal structure which performs sealing so that a high-pressure gas is not leaked from a periphery of a shaft which penetrates a shaft hole of a box body, and in which a seal attachment groove is formed at an internal peripheral face of the shaft hole, and a sealed component which contacts with a peripheral face of the shaft is arranged at the seal attachment groove, the box body is divided into a divided body which forms a bottom face of the seal attachment groove, and a divided body which forms a side face of the seal attachment groove, and the divided bodies are combined to each other for forming the box body. The gas-leak prevention sealed component is also arranged at a dividing face between the divided bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
