In the vehicle provided with a torsion beam type suspension device on a rear wheel, a second high pressure gas tank 7 for retaining a gas in the high pressure state is arranged between a torsion beam 2b and a rear end of a vehicle body skeleton 1 with clearances L1, L2 in a longitudinal direction respectively. The high pressure gas tank directly transmits the external input to the vehicle body skeleton after the vehicle body skeletons at front and rear sides of the high pressure gas tank are only deformed by the external input from a rear side of the vehicle. It is transmitted from the high pressure gas tank to the vehicle body skeleton through the torsion beam 2b and a trailing arm 2a.
