Abstract:

To provide a pump or a compressor at a low cost which can generate a high pressure with no pulsation.

A pressure chamber 3 (31, 32, 33) supplying a fluid pressurized by a reciprocating motion of a piston 1 is provided in the inside of the piston 1, and a plurality of the pressure chambers 3 are connected. The plurality of the pressure chambers are connected through a counter flow preventing means (81, 82, 83), a first chamber 31 supplies the fluid through a suction port 257 of a housing 2, and the fluid is pressurized and delivered. A second chamber 32 delivers the fluid to outside the housing 2 and supplies the fluid from the first chamber 31. A third chamber 33 performs supply of the fluid from the second chamber 32 and delivery of the fluid of outside the housing 2.
