Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce production cost while shortening a cycle time by providing a vacuum molding simultaneous involving trimming apparatus capable of performing respective operations of vacuum molding, trimming and involution by one process in the production of a molded product.
CONSTITUTION: A vacuum mold 1 on which the attaching edge part F of a base material W can be placed in a state levitated from a mold base plate 1A, the skin presser 6 arranged above the attaching edge part F of the placed base material W and the involving head 4 fitted with a trimming blade 5 arranged outside the lower part of the attaching edge part F of the placed base material W are provided.
