Title:
HIGH-PRESSURE-INDENTING VIBRATORY PEN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0825893
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a vibratory pen, which indents workpiece by high pressure without enlarging the diameter of a penholder by a method wherein a vibrating body and another vibrating body are connected with each other so as to vibrate a pen under the condition that the vibrating bodies interlock each other.

CONSTITUTION: A vibrating body 10 consists of a holder 1, a piston 2 and a spring 5 and a vibrating body 20 consists of a holder 3, a piston 4 and a spring 6 under the condition that the piston 2 and the holder 3 are connected with each other. By supplying compressible fluid into the holders 1 and 3, the tip of the piston 4 comes into contact with workpiece and, further, the vibrating body 10 pressurizes the vibrating body 20. When the piston 2 moves by a certain distance, the compressible fluids in the holders 1 and 3 are released, resulting in respectively restoring the pistons 2 and 4 by the springs 5 and 6.
