This device comprises a constitution provided with an axially reciprocating rod 1, a high pressure load chamber 3 to push the rod 1 for loading a high pressure, a rod cleaning chamber 4 provided to be adjacent to the high pressure load chamber 3 in the opposite direction to the pushed direction of the rod 1 in loading the high pressure, a high pressure seal 5 to seal slurry 2 pressurized at the high pressure for liquid-tightly parting it, and a cleaning liquid supply mechanism 7 to circulate and supply cleaning liquid 6 to the rod cleaning chamber 4, and the cleaning liquid 6 is circulated and supplied to the rod cleaning chamber 4, so solid particulates attached to the rod 1 are removed by the cleaning liquid 6 when the rod 1 is moved from the high pressure load chamber 3 to the rod cleaning chamber 4.
