The major portion of fuel in fast flow is led to a lid 14 by an extension region R. In other words, the main flow of the fuel is led to the lid 14 when the flow is increased. The fuel led to the lid 14 proceeds along the inner surface of the lid 14, impinges on the fuel impingement wall 14b of the flow change part 14a, and impinges on a diaphragm 34 at the lid side composing a damper member 35 after changing direction thereof. Namely, a fuel flow heading for the center portion of a movable part of the diaphragm 34 is created by the flow change part 14a.
