Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a high-pressure tank, which is capable of suppressing damage to a protrusion having a gas flow path while reducing a weight of the high-pressure tank.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a high-pressure tank 10, the tank comprises: a liner 11; and a reinforcement body 20 made of a fiber-reinforced resin, in which a dome member 22 included in the reinforcing body 20 includes a dome main body portion 22a and a protruding portion 22b, and the method comprises a process of forming the dome member 22, in which the process of forming the dome member includes: a process of placing a fiber bundle F1 so as to form a part of the protruding portion 22b and a part of the dome main body portion 22a; and a process of placing a fiber bundle F2 so as to cover the fiber bundle F1, and in the process of placing the fiber bundle F1, the first fiber bundle F1 is placed such that a fiber direction of the first fiber bundle in the protruding portion 22b follows an axial direction X of the protruding portion 22b, and a resin with which the fiber bundle F1 is impregnated is solidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
