To provide high a protein powder nutritive composition having easy water-solubility which dissolves easily and transparently in water even if highly containing a protein of a difficult solubility in water and which is made to be easy to be administered to a surgical operation patient, elderly people, or patient of an undernutrition status who needs to take an oral nutrition feeding.

The easily water-soluble high protein powder nutritive composition is made to easily and transparently dissolve in water by adding 0.002-0.02 pts.wt. of at least one sort surfactant chosen from a monoester of deca glycerol and a 12-14C fatty acid to a high protein powder nutritive composition which contains a milk whey protein of 85 wt.% or more, based on the protein composition of 1 pt.wt. In addition, the method of manufacturing the same is disclosed.
