Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce fuel of a high quality from the carbide formed by thermal decomposition of organic wastes.
SOLUTION: The high-quality fuel producer comprises a stirrer for stirring the organic wastes, an external heater that heats the stirred the organic waste from the outside to convert it into carbide and an antistatic separator in which the carbide that is collected from the hot flow zone (carbonization oven) 11 including a limited concentration of oxygen and from the flowing zone are separated into a carbon component to become the high-quality fuel and the ash component.
