Abstract:
To achieve reduction of the construction period of a high-rise building and improvement of the durability of tendons.SOLUTION: A high-rise building 10 comprises a plurality of precast pre-stressed concrete columns 12 each provided on respective floors and a plurality of vibration control devices 30 restraining the vibration of the building. Precast pre-stressed concrete columns 12 are constituted including concrete column bodies 16 and tendons 18. Column main reinforcements 1602 and hoop reinforcements 1604 are embedded in the concrete column bodies 16 and a plurality of tendon insertion holes 1606 are penetrated and formed into the longer direction. The tendons 18 are inserted into respective tendon insertion holes 1606 and disposed at the concrete column bodies 16 in unbonded state in the vertical direction. The vibration control devices 30 restrain the vibration of the high-rise building 10 such that the deformation of tendon 18 due to the vibration of the high-rise building 10 is settled within the elastic range of tendon 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
