Abstract:
To provide high-rise collective housing in which supply devices for electricity, gas, plumbing, and meters, or heat source devices are arranged in an open ceiling section thereof.
In the collective housing where a common corridor is secured so as to connect a plurality of dwelling units to each other, the open ceiling section at the center of a building in the plan in upper- and lower-story directions, is allocated as an installation space in which the supply devices for electricity, gas, plumbing, and meters, or the heating source devices are installed, and a passage different from the common corridor is secured in a floor space, for maintenance of each of the devices and meter reading of the same.
