PURPOSE: To increase the ratio of a shelf body against the prescribed site area of a high-rise warehouse device and improve the receiving/delivering work efficiency of cargoes.
CONSTITUTION: Lines of multiple shelf bodies 3, 4 extended in the bay direction perpendicular to a travel passage where a stacker device 1 travels in the plane view and having multiple cargo receiving spaces 9 along the vertical direction and the bay direction are arranged on one side of the travel passage. Guide rails 10 are provided at individual stages of the cargo receiving spaces 9 of the shelf bodies 3, 4, the shelf body 4 is moved in parallel with the travel passage, a moving passage with a prescribed interval H1 is formed between a pair of the guide rails 10, 10, a dolly 21 mounted on the lift base 20 of the stacker device 1 is shifted to be self-propelled along a pair of guide rails 10, 10, and it is stopped in front of the prescribed cargo receiving space of the shelf body 3 or 4 so that a cargo can be delivered or received by a cargo delivering means provided on the dolly 21.
