Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity infrared detector that can be manufactured relatively easily and has a high infrared absorption rate, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: This high-sensitivity infrared detector is provided with an infrared detection part for providing electric output according to temperature increase by the incidence of infrared rays, a pair of first and second electrodes for taking out the output, an infrared absorption part that is provided at the infrared light reception surface side of the infrared detection part. The infrared absorption part contains a metal sulfide.
