To obtain a composition superior in storage stability, recoatability or the like by incorporating a compound containing a carboxyl group with a specified acid value in which a specified amount of the carboxyl group constitutes a silylated carboxyl group of a specified composition, a specific epoxide, a reactive organopolysiloxane and a fine particle of a crosslinked polymer, and adjusting a solids concentration to not less than a specified value.
A composition is obtained by incorporating a compound containing a carboxyl group with an acid value of 50-500 mgKOH/g in which not less than 20 mole % carboxyl group constitutes a silylated carboxyl group represented by the formula, a vinyl polymer having an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group and a hydrolyzable alkoxysilyl group in one molecule and/or one or more epoxide being an epoxy compound with a number average molecular weight of less than 1,000, a reactive organopolysiloxane and a fine particle of a crosslinked polymer, and adjusting a solids concentration to not less than 70 wt.%. In the formula, R3 is 1-18C alkyl, phenyl, aryl or trimethylsiloxy; R1 and R2 are each R3, 1-6C alkoxyl, H, Cl or F.
