Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, excellent in electric conductivity, heat resistance and moldability, having a high impact and mechanical strengths with hardly any elution of metallic ions into ultrapure water and especially useful as a tray for conveying semiconductors.
CONSTITUTION: This high-specific gravity composite resin composition contains (A) 30-79wt.% thermoplastic resin, (B) 20-60wt.% metallic powder and/or metallic oxide powder having 0.5-20μm average particle diameter and (C) 1-10wt.% electrically conductive carbon black.
