Abstract:
To provide a high-speed countercurrent chromatographic apparatus having higher separation efficiency.
The high-speed countercurrent chromatographic apparatus includes a coiled column. The coiled column rotates around an axis of rotation while revolving around an axis of revolution. The coiled column is disposed so that the axis of rotation is twisted against the axis of revolution. The coiled column includes a hub, flow tube, and the like. A coiled part of the flow tube coiled around a drum part of the hub uses a locular tube 2. The inside of the locular tube 2 is formed by a plurality of compartments 4 connected in series. The locular tube 2 is made by forming a narrowed part 6 at constant intervals d with, for example, forceps.
