To provide a high speed flame thermal-spraying apparatus efficiently providing preferable thermal-spray film.
The high speed flame thermal-spraying apparatus 1 is provided with a combustion flame spray means 3 spraying combustion flame formed in a combustion chamber 2 from a tip end at high speed, and a spraying material supply means 4 supplying the powdery spraying material to combustion flame. The combustion flame spray means 3 sprays the combustion flame to be converged toward an axis 3a outside the combustion flame spray means 3. The spraying material supply means 4 supplies the spraying material to the combustion flame from the rear side of the converged combustion flame. The combustion flame spray means 3 has a plurality of spray paths 31 which guide the combustion flame formed in the combustion chamber 2 and spray from a spray port 31a opened at the tip end, the plurality of spray paths 31 are disposed around the axis 3a of the combustion flame spray means 3, and the respective spray paths 31 are tiltedly disposed with the tip ends directed toward the axis 3a outside the combustion flame spray means 3.
