To make a system compact and to shorten a treating time by improving an ozone absorption efficiency for the water to be treated and increasing an ozone reaction rate.
In this ozone reaction means, a closed ozone reaction tank 10 is provided, and a feed system 15 of the water to be treated provided with a pressure pump 17 is connected to the ozone reaction tank 10. In the feed system 15 of the water to be treated, an ozone injection means 14 injecting a generated ozone from an ozone generator 12 is provided on the upstream side of the pressure pump 17. The water to be treated with the ozone injected is pressurized with the pressure pump 17 and sent to the ozone reaction tank 10 and subjected to the ozone reaction treatment in the ozone reaction tank 10 while keeping a pressurized state. A treated water subjected to a treatment such as decomposition of an org. matter by the ozone reaction is evacuated with an evacuating means and discharged.
