Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mount and demount a hose for conveying the pressure fluid in safety and to prevent a seal in a device from being damaged by flowing the pressure fluid through a seal surface through apertures of a cut-off body.
CONSTITUTION: A female-type coupling part 2 comprises a hollow cut-off body 7 capable of acting against the action of a spring 8, and a bolt 5 operating in cooperation with the hollow body 7. A male-type coupling part 3 capable of inserting the female-type coupling body 2 comprises a slidable hollow part 15 having a closing wall 14 capable of energizing a spring 13 on its front end, and the hollow part 15 comprises an outer peripheral collar 16 pressing an annular step part 18 formed on an inner surface of a cylindrical projection 16 at its home position. The hollow part 15 further slidably supports a cut-off body 20 having a seal surface 19 of which the cut-off wall 18 on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical projection 16 is pressed by a spring means 21, with an intermediate O-ring 30. The cut-off body 20 comprises apertures 22, whereby the pressure fluid flows through the seal surface 19.
