PURPOSE: To enable a high speed processing by performing a pipe line processing capable of switching the order of cycles performing the end of a cycle in a short processing time before the end of a cycle wit a long processing time.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU performs the end of the cycle before the end of the cycle corresponding to a weight signal during the weight signal for unprocessed cycle in a pipe line is outputted. In short, when the weight signal is received during operating the pipe line, a flag is referred to so as to decide whether or not the weight signal in the instruction structure corresponding to the weight signal is received. If it is the instruction receiving the weight signal, the next cycle is executed before the end of the cycle. Thus, a cycle capable of high speed processing can end the cycle before the end of the former cycle with a long processing time.
