PURPOSE: To improve the rigidity at side parts of a tire for improving the turning performance of a racing car or the like disposing two carcass layers and reinforcement layers at specified angles to the circumference alternately on the right and left between the adjacent layers in contact with each other.
CONSTITUTION: Two layer of carcass 4 pass from one bead part 1 through a side wall part 2 and a tread part 3 to reach the other bead part. A belt layer 7 is disposed between the carcass layers 4 and the tread part 3. Two layers of metal cord reinforcement 6 are arranged to extend from a start point of a bead wire toward a belt end part at the side wall part 2. In such a structure, the carcass layer 4 and the metal cord reinforcement layers 6 are disposed alternately on the right and left between the adjacent layers in contact with each other to the tire circumference. The carcass layers 4 are set at 75°-85° to the tire circumference, and the metal cord reinforcement layers 6 are set at 20°-30° to the tire circumference.
