To enable a vehicle to travel with the high full speed over the whole line without any stoppage from the starting point to the destination by separating a station providing an obstacle to the high speed travelling from an exclusive travelling road to provide the station on a place by one stage higher than the exclusive travelling road.
At first, a high speed travelling road 1 providing a rectilinear motion property as horizontal as possible and as straight as possible is laid. Secondly, a station 2 at which a vehicle 4 stops is separated form the high speed travelling road 1 to be provided on a place by one stage higher than the high speed travelling road 1. Thirdly, a runway road 5 of a downhill from the station at which the vehicle 4 stops to the high speed travelling road 1 and a runway 6 of an uphill from the high speed travelling road 1 to the station 2 at which the vehicle 4 stops are provided. Thus, since the high speed travelling road facilities provide the rectilinear motion property and separates the station 2 from the high speed travelling road 1, the high full speed travelling over the whole line with non-stop from the starting point to the destination is enabled to provide the high speed travelling road 1 having the priority over others.
