Title:
HIGH-SPEED WINDING DEVICE AND HIGH-SPEED WINDING METHOD FOR WIRE ROD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000118867
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a high-speed winding device capable of stably winding an optical fiber at a high speed with a winding tensile force reduced.

An optical fiber from a wire rod feeding means is paid out by a capstan 1 and fed to a winding side with its winding speed controlled. The paid-out optical fiber from the capstan 1 passes through a guide roller 2, is stored between guide rollers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 in a dancer part, passes through guide rollers 8, 9, and is wound around a winding bobbin 10. Some or all of the guide rollers 2-9 down to the winding bobbin 10 have oil-lubricated low- resistant bearings using ceramic balls to reduce rotating resistance so that a winding tensile force can be reduced.
