To provide a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet which is superior in workability, plating adhesion in a bending part, corrosion resistance in a stretch flange processed part, and surface appearance.
A high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet contains, by mass, ≥0.02% and ≤0.30% of C, ≥0.01% and ≤2.5% of Si, ≥0.1% and ≤3.0% of Mn, ≥0.003% and ≤0.08% of P, ≤0.01% of S, ≥0.001% and ≤0.20% of Al, and ≥0.03% and ≤0.40% of Ti, as well as Fe and inevitable impurities as a remainder, and its surface has a zinc plating layer with a plating adhesion amount of 20-120 g/m2 per one surface. The concentration ratio (C/Ti) of C to Ti at a region within 10 μm depth from the surface of the steel sheet immediately beneath the plating layer is ≥0.8 and ≤1.5 by atomic ratio, and an amount of one or more of oxides selected from Fe, Si, Mn, P, Al and Ti generated in the surficial region of the steel that is within 100 μm depth from the surface of the steel sheet immediately beneath the plating layer is 0.05 g/m2 or less per one surface in total as oxygen content.
